At Ferret Owners Australia, we take great pride in the products we create just for you and your furry friends. While we can’t accept returns for change of mind (even if you decide your ferret doesn’t need a new t-shirt LOL), we are absolutely committed to making sure you're happy with your purchase!
Our Promise to You:
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll happily accept returns or exchanges.
- Simply let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to get things sorted.
- Please note: Proof of purchase (your order number) and a quick photo of the issue will help speed things up!
How to Return:
- Contact us at ferretownersau@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description (and a photo, if applicable).
- If approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send it back.
- Once we receive the returned item, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund—your choice!
